More on LinkedIn
Oh, one more thing: last time I logged into LinkedIn to accept one of these things it insisted that I was accepting their new user agreement and privacy policy, which basically say:- You can't use LinkedIn for anything (you agree not to use it for communications which are "unlawful, libelous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable", which pretty much covers the space.)
- We can terminate your account at any time for any reason.
- You indemnify LinkedIn for any kind of damage resulting to anyone form your use of LinkedIn.
- We currently protect your privacy but in the future we might decide not to.
- "Any sensitive information that you provide will be secured with all industry standard protocols and technology". I guess this one means that they'll use SSL, IPsec, SSH, and S/MIME all together.
I guess if I actually used LinkedIn, I might want to export my data every so often so I couldn't be held hostage whenver they decided to change their policies. The link you want for that is here.

Your last link has a doublequote-problem. The leasing " is missing.
