North Korea's nukes
In the "no surprise" department, North Korea has nuclear weapons, and they don't want to give them up.Though Ms. Rice labeled the possession of nuclear weapons by both North Korea and Iran as "unacceptable," her comment about North Korea seemed aimed at reassuring Americans and perhaps Europeans at the end of her weeklong trip in Europe and in the Middle East that the dangers were not imminent.
Unacceptable, huh? So that means we have a plan to deal with it? That's what I thought.
