PeopleSoft deal done
Oracle will acquire PeopleSoft for $26.50 a share. I can't decide if PeopleSoft's board are shrewd negotiators who extracted the maximum price or were just looking out for themselves but finally had to give in.Posted by ekr at December 16, 2004 11:10 AM | Filed under:
