Digital Content Security Act

| Comments (1) | TrackBacks (1) |
TechNewsWorld reports that Reps. Sensenbrenner (R-WI) and John Conyers (D-NY) have introduced the Digital Content Security Act (Public Knowledge Page here) which is full of the usual MPAA/RIAA "analog hole" insanity. I don't really have a sense of whether this particular iteration has any real support, though.

UPDATE: Fixed Sensenbrenner's state. Thanks to Chris Walsh for pointing this out.

Isn't Sensenbrenner "R-WI"?

By the way, can we get a meme rolling here? It isn't "analog hole". It's "A-hole". The potential tactical uses of this shorter, easier-to-remember name are innumerable. :^)
