The Children's Safety Act (introduced in the House) would extend
the penalty for "using misleading domain names to direct children to
harmful material on the internet" to between 10 and 30 years.

understand that everyone wants to look tough on pornography, but
we're going to lock someone up for 10 years for using a misleading
domain name? For reference, the penalty for rape in California
is between 3 and 8 years (
